In November 2016, attorney Jeffrey Partington successfully defended a disputed red light case in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.  Plaintiff presented testimony and video evidence of the light sequence at the intersection in question.  After deliberating for just 14 minutes, the jury returned their verdict for the defense.

ODU Big Blue 5K 4/16/16

Members of McKenry Dancigers Dawson, P.C. and their family members participated in the 5th Annual ODU Big Blue 5k event in Norfolk, Virginia.  Everyone involved had a great time- especially the free beer and burritos afterwards!

On May 27, 2015, MDD sponsored a hole, and sent a foursome to play at, the Hampton Roads Claims Association’s Annual Golf Tournament at Red Wing Lake Golf Course in Virginia Beach.

McKenry Dancigers Dawson, P.C. announces that an “arrest warrant” has been issued for one of our own. Attorney Tina Babcock will be arrested and jailed if she fails to raise $3,200.00 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in order to post her “bail.” This annual fundraising event helps raise awareness, collects research funds and provide supportive programs for those suffering from Muscular Dystrophy, a dibilitating neuromuscular disease that strikes thousands of men, women and children each year.
